Reset Workflow Form Revision
Note:
Workflow form revision numbers are auto populated and are specific to the workflow process, project, and control account. Use this reset option with caution. Once you reset the revision number, it is possible to have multiple instances of a workflow process form for a project and control account with same revision number. The reset applies to all control accounts for the selected project. In instances where there are workflow forms in the approval queue for the project, the revision numbers are also reset for those forms.
- Select in the Navigation Menu. The Workflow Manager tab window displays. The default view is the Forms tab in the right pane.
- Select the named workflow row you want the left pane.
- Select the Projects tab in the right pane. This pane displays the list of projects that are using the workflow you selected in the left pane.
- Select the project row you want in right pane.
- Click in the Ribbon Menu.
- Optional. Close the Workflow Manager tab.
